These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Black Trident Publishing ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging with Black Trident Publishing for publishing, distribution, promotional, and other related services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Authorization and Rights

By submitting your manuscript, artwork, images, text, or other content ("Author Content") to Black Trident Publishing, you grant us the right to:

• Format, publish, distribute, promote, and sell your Author Content in print and digital formats.

• Use portions of your Author Content for promotional purposes without remuneration.

• Partner with third-party retailers or distribution platforms for sales and promotions.

• Modify cover artwork, metadata, and product descriptions to enhance marketability and comply with distribution requirements.

• Create derivative works, such as narrated audiobooks, if agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Author Content. Black Trident Publishing will not claim ownership but requires permission to use your work for distribution, promotional activities, and sublicensing to third parties as needed.

Payments

You will receive royalties based on the net revenue from sales of your Author Content through our distribution channels. Payment rates and schedules will be outlined in your specific publishing agreement. Black Trident Publishing is not responsible for royalties unpaid by third-party distributors.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice. Termination will not affect sales or uses of your Author Content that occurred prior to termination.

Prohibited Content

Black Trident Publishing reserves the right to refuse or remove any content deemed hateful, abusive, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws will not be published.

Confidentiality

Black Trident Publishing agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all unpublished manuscripts and sensitive information submitted by authors, except as necessary for the fulfillment of Services.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation or binding arbitration, as mutually agreed upon.

Changes to Terms

Black Trident Publishing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Authors will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
